Danielle has been admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York since 2007. For the duration of her career she has practiced exclusively in family and matrimonial law.

Danielle joined Randi L. Karmel, PLLC in 2015 having worked prior thereto as an associate of Kupferman & Kupferman, LLP and The Law Office of Sandra C. Katz, where she gained a deep knowledge of all aspects of representing clients in matrimonial and family matters.

Danielle’s experience includes advising and counseling clients as to how best to protect their interests and the interests of any children involved, while pursuing their goals effectively and efficiently, and taking the necessary steps to achieve those goals, whether in or out of court.

In addition to working with clients concerning the dissolution of marriages, custody, child support and family offense matters in both Family and Supreme Court, she also works with clients who are intending to be married and seek to set down in prenuptial and/or postnuptial agreements terms and obligations in advance of any future potential dissolution.

Danielle also co-wrote an article with Randi L. Karmel, Esq. regarding discovery of therapy records in matrimonial actions which was written for and published by the Kings County Bar Association newspaper.

During law school she gained experience as an intern for Hon. Judge Lee Hand Elkins in Kings County Family Court whose primary caseload was child protective matters.

Prior to graduation from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2006 she graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Human Development. This educational background allows her to be uniquely suited to matrimonial and family law work as she is able to appreciate and consider the many non-legal factors and considerations litigants have while involved in these sensitive matters, and how they interplay with the legal concerns. Throughout her entire career and in her role as Senior Counsel for Randi L. Karmel, PLLC she carries this knowledge and experience with her to assist each client in the most appropriate and best way possible for that individual client and family.
